A hot spring hot tub sits in a bespoke high-walled square secluded area for privacy, and the pool and hot tub are cleaned twice during a one-week stay. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a sheltered patio for dining are provided, along with free on-site street parking.

The villa has three bedrooms, a spacious living room with leather seating including lazy-boys, and a dining room with a heavy wooden table that seats up to 12 guests.
